Returns and refunds

Try the costume on your pet. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return conditions apply.

Trying it on is fine. To be eligible, the costume must be clean, undamaged and complete. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.

How to start a return

Email info@gruseldeko.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us.

Once the return arrives and has been checked, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show the refund.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.

Customers in the EU keep their statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory rights are not affected.
