Processing and shipping

Orders are fulfilled by an international fulfillment partner. Every order ships with tracking.

Delivery time

Delivery to the United States usually takes 10–15 business days. These are typical times, not a guaranteed delivery date. For Halloween, we recommend ordering early.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free. Any costs are always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you get an email with your tracking number.

Delayed, damaged or lost packages

If your order can't ship within the time stated, we'll let you know and you can cancel for a full refund. Report shipping damage or a package that didn't arrive within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We sort it out with the carrier and either resend your order or refund the purchase price.
