1. Scope and Provider

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online store. The provider is Anton Were, trading as Ironbeam, Schillerstr. 53, 99439 Am Ettersberg, Germany.

2. Formation of Contract

The presentation of products in the store does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is formed when we expressly confirm the order or ship the goods. An automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not constitute acceptance.

3. Prices

All prices are final prices in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import charges, which are borne by the customer.

4. Payment

The payment methods offered at checkout apply. Payment is due upon formation of the contract.

5. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by an international fulfillment partner. Delivery to the United States usually takes 10–15 business days. Delivery time estimates are based on experience and do not constitute a guarantee of a fixed delivery date. Further details are provided in the Shipping Policy.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery; return conditions apply. Details and applicable deadlines are set out in the Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Warranty

The statutory provisions regarding liability for defects apply. If goods are defective, please contact us at the address stated in the Legal Notice.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, limb, or health. In all other respects, we are liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations and only up to the amount of the foreseeable loss typical for the contract.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor required to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
